Returns Policy
Bella Descanso is proud to offer quality and comfort and we are here to help you get your order correct. If you’re unsure of sizing at time of purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us via contact@belladescanso.com.au as we are more than happy to assist.
We understand online shopping can be a little tricky and therefore if you change your mind for any reason, we will accept a return for a store credit (excluding accessories), providing the following guidelines are met:
- The garment is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, free from any marks of fabric damage (including snags) and with all original tags attached
- The item is returned within 7 days of receipt
- The item was not purchased on sale
- The item is returned with a valid tracking number
Please email contact@belladescanso.com.au including your order number and stating why you wish to return your item. Please allow at least 2 business days for us to provide you with a return authorisation prior to sending any further enquiries regarding your order. The return mailing address will be provided in the return authorisation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a reply email confirming receipt of your return and notifying you if your return has been accepted or rejected. If your return is accepted, you will be emailed a virtual gift voucher for the item price (less shipping paid), to be used within 12 months of issue.
We are passionate about delivering an enjoyable customer experience, however please note that returns which do not follow our Returns Policy MAY BE REJECTED. Rejected returns that are requested to be returned to purchaser will be subject to a postage fee to facilitate this.
Accessories are final sale and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Bella Descanso does not cover or reimburse the shipping cost of returning an item, unless it is faulty or an error on our behalf. Please ensure that return postage is tracked and consider purchasing extra cover as Bella Descanso takes no responsibility for missing packages or damage in transit.
As our collections are limited in stock to avoid waste and reduce our footprint, we cannot guarantee we will have the required size and style in instances of wrong size ordered returns. Should this be the case, we will provide a refund of the item value, minus the original shipping cost, to the payment method originally used within 5 business days of the return being accepted.
Faulty Items
We hope there isn’t anything wrong with your item as we place importance on our quality control. However, if you do find your item to be faulty, please email contact@belladescanso.com.au including your order number and stating the issue. Faulty items will be refunded to their original payment method within 5 business days of return acceptance.
