Bella Descanso is proud to be a regionally-based business and ensuring we are able to stay this way. However, this also means that unfortunately we don’t have access to the same shipping rates and volume-based savings offered by shipping providers when based in major cities and major regional areas. However, we are committed to keeping our shipping costs as low as possible and getting your items to you as quickly as possible, we therefore offer flat-rate domestic Express Post (Australia Post) for $10.

While Express post remains the quickest service available through Australia Post, please note that at this time it is subject to delays due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, and we are unable to guarantee delivery times.

ACT – 2-4 business days

VIC – 3-5 business days

QLD – 3-5 business days

NT – 5-8 business days

International Shipping

New Zealand - sent by Aus Post International Express or DHL Express (dependant on location within NZ and service availability) and charged at a flat rate of $20 AUD. 

The estimated delivery time for New Zealand is currently 6-11 business days, which may extend if being delivered to a provincial or rural area. 

US & International orders shipped to other available locations - sent by Aus Post International Express or DHL Express (dependent on location and service availability) and charged at a flat rate of $30 AUD.

The estimated delivery time of this service is 7-14 days when being delivered to most major cities, which may extend if being delivered to a provincial or rural area. This estimate is also subject to possible delays caused by the current Covid-19 pandemic situation. 

Due to air freight charges, we are unfortunately unable to send standard international orders in our lovely gift boxes. However if you would like to arrange a specially gift-boxed international order, please contact us for a custom shipping rate. 

Please note that for international orders, our prices do not include local taxes or duties which could be applied by customs upon arrival and your order may be subject to international taxes. This varies on a country to country, order to order basis. Payment for all customs clearance and applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Bella Descanso takes no responsibility for any additional charges incurred when shipping internationally and the responsibility of these (including customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed) will rest with the customer.

Once an order has been despatched we no longer have control over the goods and take no responsibility for shipping delays and lost packages. We will however assist you as best we can if you order is delayed or has gone missing. Please email us via contact@belladescanso.com.au if you order has not arrived within 14 days of despatch.

Our prices shown include Australia’s Goods and Services Tax (GST), for international orders this will be removed during the checkout process.
